Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please refer to the Delivery Information page.
Your contract for purchases made through www.ldogcollarboutique.co.uk is with and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
You warrant that all details you provide to www.dogcollarboutique.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us (sent to the email address that you have provided when placing your order) acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us (the “Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Upon placement of your order, payment will be taken from your credit/debit card. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to fulfill the order, the payment will be refunded immediately. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and The Bark Book Ltd until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens, we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
When delivering outside of the UK, Dog Collar Boutique can accept no liability for any customs delays or travel disruptions which may result in a delay of delivery, or the order being returned to sender as this at the discretion of the customs process in the country of delivery. Dog Collar Boutique will always keep you up to date with any delays or issues.
If the availability of a product is incorrect online, we will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order and either offer you an alternative or cancel the order.

Whilst we hope that in every instance you are more than pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, or offer an exchange; whichever you prefer. In this case, fill in the returns form included in your order and pop the item back to us and we will endeavour to process the refund or exchange as soon possible. We will refund the cost of the items returned, but not the postage charges.
We accept returns at any time within 28 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund including the postage costs. We try our utmost to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong we’ll do all we can to rectify the problem.
When you return your damaged items, again use the enclosed returns form and please contact us regarding the fault so we can book a collection of the faulty goods on your behalf. Once we receive them back, we will examine the returned goods and process the refund or exchange.
Made-to-measure, personalised and bespoke orders cannot be returned unless found to be faulty or defective. If the goods are found to be defective, follow the procedure set out above and we will do all we can to either send out a brand new item or offer a full refund.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is
damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used to place your order.
All exchanges will be re dispatched with free delivery.
Seconds and discontinued items are non returnable as they are reduced due to not meeting our strict quality control standards.
